With over 20
years of experience in the financial information and software marketplace,
Mr. Worrall possesses a wealth of knowledge in the industry.
Mr. Worrall became Chief Executive Officer of Mergent in June 2002 after
joining Mergent in early 2000 as Managing Director, International Operations.
Mr. Worrall is also Chairman of Ford Equity Research. Prior to
these positions, Mr. Worrall was the Managing Director, Investment Data
Products for the Asia Pacific region for BARRA Inc. He has also
held executive management positions at FAME, Randall & Helms, Credit
Suisse and Helix Technology Group where he focused on sales of financial
data products and services. In addition, Mr. Worrall is a member of
the Executive Committee of Xinhua Finance Ltd., listed on Tokyo Stock
Exchange 9399.
